Thank you for your continued interest in Riverside Retreat at Federal City, our soon-to-open independent senior living community for residents 55 and older. We are excited to move into the next phase and begin welcoming future residents!
Application Hours:
We are accepting applications between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily.
Documents Needed to Apply:
Please bring the following with you when applying:
$50 non-refundable application fee per applicant (Money Order Only)
Driver’s License/State ID for each person over 18
Social Security Card(s) for each person in the household
Birth Certificate for each person in the household
Proof of income (Pensions, VA, Social Security, Disability, etc.)
Current bank statement (checking and savings)
Most current and two consecutive check stubs
